Instagram post 2175609471892953645_243198652 After the rain had stopped, the lake was so still and clear and the little boats started to make their trips to the island again πŸ›Ά Swipe to see the full frame (yep I found a way πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚) This was one of the last pictures I took of Lake Bled, when I was almost back in Bled itself after walking around the edge of the lake. I should have waited for the boats to get a little closer to the island for this shot, but I badly needed to go and buy some Bled cake and take my boots off. Usually I choose photography over comfort, but this time cake was the winner πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ°

One from the other morning in my local park πŸ‚πŸ§‘πŸ‚

I finally have learned to believe in life again, that it can be beautiful, and that time does heal. The hardest thing has been learning that sometimes I need to ask for help, and sometimes I need to take time to myself. These little trips this year have all been a part of the process. I’ve been learning how to take better photos, but also how to be me again ❀️ Just to say thanks for supporting along the way, I don’t always get it right but I’m trying. That was deep for a Saturday, soz about that 😊x
